GlowHost Unmanaged Dedicated Servers

Our unmanaged dedicated servers give you the ability to manage your own dedicated server without the assistance or support that comes with our managed dedicated server packages. Our unmanaged dedicated servers come complete with root access and we load your choice of Operating System. You can install any software and control panels that you prefer, if needed. If you prefer something a bit more “ready to go” we can also set you up with our standard configuration which is a fully configured CentOS, cPanel, Apache web server, Exim mail server, PHP, CGI, and more. We configure it and you take it from there.

We do not pro-actively monitor or restart services on unmanaged dedicated servers. A ticket request from you is required for us to perform any maintenance and you will incur a service fee for each ticket. If you need free ongoing support services, you should consider a fully managed dedicated server.

Free Reboots

Your unmanaged dedicated server comes with free reboots complete with remote reboot control at no additional charge.

KVM over IP

Your unmanaged dedicated server comes with KVM over IP so that you have remote console access any time you need it, at no additional charge.

Paid Ticket Support

Unmanaged servers come with paid ticket support, which is billed at $75 per incident for up to one hour of service. Additional hours for the same incident are billed at $60/hour. If you would like unlimited free support, please consider a managed dedicated server package.
