Our unmanaged dedicated servers give you the most flexibility for customization. Our unmanaged dedicated servers come complete with root access and we load our current Linux distrobution by default, however you can have your choice of OS loaded for you or you can load it from the web. You can install any software and control panels that you prefer, if needed. We can also set you up with our standard configuration which is a fully configured OS, including Apache web server, Exim mail server, PHP, CGI, and more. We configure it and you take it from there. Add cPanel or Plesk for only $20.00/mo additional.
We do not pro-actively monitor or restart services on unmanaged dedicated servers without a ticket request from you. If you need this service, you should consider a fully managed dedicated server.
Your unmanaged dedicated server comes with free reboots complete with remote reboot control at no additional charge.
Unmanaged servers come with paid ticket support, which is billed hourly at
$65.
(half hour minimum) If you would like unlimited free support, please consider
a managed dedicated server package.
