If you need to discuss your issue with a human, submitting a ticket to our help desk is the most accurate and efficient way to get answers from our Senior Technical Analysts and Systems Administrators if your question is not covered in the online documentation.
We have a 20 minute or less target response time on support tickets, so have no fear that your question will take days or weeks for a generic answer like you may have experienced with other online companies. We pride ourselves on careful attention to detail, and rapid response times.

Billing questions? If you are calling outside of normal Billing hours, we have agents available at our helpdesk who can handle most basic billing inquiries if you are having issues solving them on your own using our automated systems. If your web site has been suspended, you can login to your GlowHost Account Manager and settle any outstanding bills online, and our automated systems will restore your overdue services without the need to contact us.

Technical Support Helpdesk
When calling for technical support, in 99% of the case, a ticket will be required. Our phone support agents will create a ticket for you.
Tip: You can speed up the ticketing process by simply logging into your GlowHost Account Manager and creating a ticket, which will speed up your response.
If you cannot login to your GlowHost account manager, please choose the option to “Reset Password” or “Change Email ID” to restore access. If you still cannot login, you can also submit a ticket to our general support departments which do not require a login to use.
