Attention New Customers:
If you have not yet received your login details, and it has been more than 3 hours since you placed your order, please complete the following steps:

1. Make sure to check your spam folder, bulk folder, or junk mail folder.
Many mail service providers like AOL, Yahoo, or MSN automatically move your "welcome letter" which contains your user id and password to these folders. This is because the welcome letter contains words like "password" which are commonly used in scam/spam email and their filters automatically redirect mail to these folders. Your logins should have arrived immediately after placing your order.

2. Make sure to add glowhost.com to your trusted senders list.
Often times there is a "white list" or "not junk" button or similar from mail providers like the ones listed above. This will assist in ensuring all contact information sent to you from GlowHost.com will be received. If they require individual email addresses be added to the list, please add the following email addresses to the list:

support@glowhost.com
billing@glowhost.com

3. After following steps 1 and 2 above, and you still cannot find your login information:
Check your spam box again! 99% of the answers to this question are related to the email being in the spam box. If you are sure it is not there, please open a ticket in the "GlowHost Login Problems" department, and a GlowHost support representative will assist you very shortly.

General Support and Online Documentation:
If you are seeking technical support, please review our support homepage for the various available support options. Online documentation is often times the best solution, and is strongly recommended. We have a searchable forum and knowledge base subsection of the forum which is full of information contributed over the last decade. Your question may have been asked before, and if not, why not join the community and create your own threads and posts? We'd love to see you there and your contributions keep the spirit of the Internet alive by creating searchable content that others can benefit from. Not to mention we give our top posters some nice goodies from time to time.

Submitting Trouble Tickets:
Please reserve your helpdesk requests to private matters, emergency issues, or issues which require a detailed analysis of a specific problem. Submitting a trouble ticket is the best way to speak with high level system administrators who can solve any difficult problems which are specifically related to your account or when you want to keep your questions in private and out of the public eye on our forum. Our systems administrators can help you answer questions not covered in our knowledge base, forums or expansive video tutorial libraries. However posting on the forums is also a great way to speak to our systems administrators especially if your issue is not urgent.

Our phones are answered 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year and our call center is staffed by USA-based employees. However please read and understand the information below to get the most out of your experience with GlowHost.

If you require technical support via telephone, please keep in mind that our phone agents have limited access to your account information and you will be required to authenticate your account by answering one or more security questions. Our phone agents are there to assist with simple issues like login problems, bill payments, updating your contact information, and similar tasks.

If you have a high level technical issue but prefer talking to someone on the phone instead of filling in a ticket, our phone agents can open a ticket on your behalf.

If you are having difficulty creating a support ticket on your own, we are more than happy to help you create a ticket, or create one for you.

Please note that submitting a ticket yourself using our online helpdesk is the absolute fastest way to receive technical support from our systems administrators.
