Submitting a trouble ticket is the fastest way to get LIVE help if your question is not covered in the online documentation. If you require answers from human beings, we suggest using ticket-based support using the helpdesk option. The helpdesk is staffed 24 hours per day and average initial response times are less than 10 minutes. If you require technical support via telephone, you have this option available to you using our toll free number listed below, however wait times will be longer and you may receive a callback if you choose the phone support option.

New Accounts
If you have not yet received your login details, and it has been more than
8 hours since you placed your order, please complete the following steps:
1. Make sure to check your spam folder, bulk folder, or junk mail folder.
Many mail service providers like AOL, Yahoo, or MSN automatically move your
"welcome letter" which contains your user id and password to these
folders. This is because the welcome letter contains words like "password" which
are commonly used in scam/spam email and their filters automatically redirect
mail to these folders.
2. Make sure to add glowhost.com to your trusted senders list.
Often times
there is a "white list" or "not junk" button or similar
from mail providers like the ones listed above. This will assist in ensuring
all contact information sent to you from GlowHost.com will be received. If
they require individual email addresses be added to the list, please add
the following email addresses to the list:

billing@glowhost.com
3. After following steps 1 and 2 above, and you still cannot find your login
information:

Other support options
Users may request technical support via AIM, MSN Messenger or Skype by appointment.
A GlowHost agent may already be online for live help, however we do not guarantee
live help without first scheduling an appointment. There is no charge for live
help via instant messenger.
Phone information
Please note that ticket based online helpdesk support is generally the fastest
available option. Our phone lines are often busy with long wait times
due to lengthy sales questions and other delays associated with phone conversations
like manually retrieving customer records. If this is the case, or you have
called outside of phone support hours, you may be routed to our voicemail deposit
box.
If you do not leave a message, no one will be able to return your call.
Calling repeatedly does not advance your position in the phone queue. If you
are prompted to leave a message, we suggest you do so which will enter your
request into the support queue. Someone will return your call or assist you
per your instructions in your message as soon as possible.

strongly suggests ticket support for emergency issues.

is also available by appointment or by dialing our toll-free number directly
during normal business hours. Phones are answered from 8:00 a.m. PST to 8:00
p.m. PST however phone support is not recommended without an appointment and
should not be considered as a recommended or official support channel unless
there is a problem with the helpdesk, our forums, or all other communication
attempts by you to GlowHost have failed.
