• Why are some unlimited hosting packages cheaper than packages that have disk space and bandwidth limits?

Unlimited hosting packages are cheaper than some limited packages because unlimited packages do not have as many features as our limited packages. For example, ffmpeg video conversion and streaming is not possible with an unlimited hosting package. Unlimited packages are also only backed up one time per week in comparison to our nightly backups on our traditional limited hosting packages. There other restrictions as well, for example, unlimited packages are limited to 100 emails per hour, whereas our other packages have higher hourly email limits. • Do unlimited plans support tube scripts or FFmpeg?

Unlimited packages do not support video streaming or conversion using FFmpeg and tube scripts (youtube clones) will not work on unlimited packages unless you will be using embedded content hosted on a different server. All of these are prohibited on unlimited hosting accounts. Some of these technologies may be available on a dedicated server so long as it does not violate United States law. BitTorrent would be an example of something suitable for a dedicated server. Warez would be an example of something that is strictly prohibited on every GlowHost hosting package.
