Why are some unlimited hosting packages cheaper than packages that have disk space and bandwidth limits?
The Unlimited shared hosting packages are cheaper than some limited packages because shared unlimited packages do not have as many features as our limited packages. For example, ffmpeg video conversion and streaming is not possible with a shared unlimited hosting package. Shared unlimited packages are also only backed up one time per week in comparison to our nightly backups on our traditional limited hosting packages. There other restrictions as well, for example, shared unlimited packages are limited to 100 emails per hour, whereas our other packages have higher hourly email limits. Do unlimited plans support tube scripts or FFmpeg?
Unlimited shared packages do not support video streaming or conversion using FFmpeg and tube scripts (youtube clones) will not work on unlimited shared packages unless you will be using embedded content hosted on a different server. Can I use my unlimited account for online backup?

Can I use an unlimited account for image hosting or photo galleries?

Can I use an unlimited account for file sharing?
Unlimited accounts may not be used for software downloads, file sharing or software distribution sites larger than 10 gigabytes of disk space and/or 100 gigabytes of transfer each month. Additionally, please note that all stored files that reside on the GlowHost server must be 100% linked content. We recommend that you consider a dedicated server instead.
