If you are sure that you are a GlowHost customer, you can access your cPanel by logging into your GlowHost Account Manager. If you are sure you are a GlowHost customer, and cannot login to your account manager, please use the password reset option or change email ID option on the myGlow Account Manager login page.

If you are a GlowHost customer, and still have login problems after resetting your password or email ID, please open a support ticket so that we can verify your identity. Please note that our phone agents are not able to help you login to your cPanel regardless of if you host with GlowHost or any other company. Our toll-free phone number is for general inquiries and sales questions only.

If you are not sure who your web host is, please contact your web site designer or ask the person who pays your hosting bills who they pay every month for hosting service. If you still do not know who your web host is after following those instructions, please do not call us and ask, as we won't be able to tell you who your web host is.
