Testimonials with pics

Any recommendations for a testimonial addon which allows pictures (or 'a' picture) to be uploaded and displayed with the testimonial?

It's for one of my clients.

Your possibly making the problem more difficult than it needs to be! Would a static html page not work? It would probably be quicker to update than writing code/ database to do the job or finding some prewritten software.
