Wouldn't know. I never use it. I suspect yes, because although it is a CLI, it actually has DLL dependencies that are shared with the GUI part. So I was misleading in saying it was a DOS program. I bought the 2006 Pro version, and it is a windows program with a CLI executable that can read scripts and all your site entries.

It is important to know and understand HTML code. I use dreamweaver and normally only switch to the design mode to see what the end result will be.
