Does anyone here know any good search engine submission tool?

Your keyboard is one of the best. Automated submission tools generally are not that good and some engines actually penalize you for using them.

I used to use this product in my designer days. They are meticulous about following search engine guidelines and also have reporting, so you can check where you are on the engines. All their access is done in a very non-spam fashion. In addition it will give design suggestions when analyzing your page to show you how to get better ranking. It may seem pricey, but its is an excellent program if you are serious about increasing your positioning.
