vBulletin - How turnkey?

I read on one of your pages that you will host vBulletin. My wife would like to host a forum, but does not have the technical skills to install and configure the software. Do you have a turnkey option, or can you provide installation/configuration services?

We can install anything you like. vB takes about 4 hours to configure, so we can do that but I suggest you do it to save money after the installation.

It would be about 1 hour on the install @ $49/hr.
