Registration Taking A While?

I signed up for an account earlier today (domain: loogy.com). My past experience with hosts has been that I receive account information very quickly, but it's been a while here so was just wondering if everything's all right and I didn't miss anything?

Hi Edwin-

It depends on the time of day that you order, and if you are an existing client or not. The billing department needs to verify your order so if the order was placed close to, or after 5 PM EST they were probably gone for the day and will try to approve the application the next day.

If you are an existing client, then there is no verification done because it has already taken place sometime in the past.

This system is in place to help us keep the fraudsters and spammers off of our systems. In the end, it has proven to allow us to provide a more reliable hosting experience for everyone.

Thanks for the quick reply. Makes sense. Just wasn't sure as it was different from what I experienced with other hosts.

I registered late last night (11:00 pm EST) and still haven't been approved yet. I'm guessing my account will not be approved before the domain is secured (usually a 24 hour period).
