Plan Upgrades?

Is it possible to upgrade a hostign plan or is it best to get another one?

If you have a website which is reaching its limits then just submit a trouble ticket to glowhost with your account details and the details of which plan you want to upgrade to and they will take it from there.

I have not signed up for an account yet, but from what I'm reading, the support is great. This is most important in a web host.
