Help Please

Hi,

Last night I paid to get the three star hosting plan and a domain name by paypal, but it does not seem like you guys have done anything to set up my account.

Please tell me what is going on and how I can get my website started.

Can you add us to your qualified senders list on your email account, or add us to your whitelist? Logins should have arrived by now. I will send them here again within the next half-hour.

Let us know if you still do not get them.

Actually, I just looked in the mail log and we sent you an email last night regarding your domain name was left incomplete. In a nutshell the email is asking if you reguire .com, .net .org, or something else.

We have not received a reply to that email yet, so again, check your spam folder if you have one. That email was sent shortly after your order.

I didn't recieve any email like that last night. I checked my spam box and everything else but I don't see anything. All I got was an email telling how to pay with paypal.

I would like my domain name to be at .com if you're the person that can set those kind of things up. Please tell me what else I need to do.
