I am looking for a hosting company to host my niche video site. I know I will have some HD video, so I was wondering if you guys can offer the same thing (in terms of HD video encoding) that H**********.com does. Thank you.

My choice is split between phpmotion and rayzz. I like phpmotion a lot, but I want a photo gallery and a forum (maybe I can add them latter in phpmotion?). For me, rayzz price is a bit to high for the moment. Can phpmotion script be slightly modified, bg and button colors, header and footer? Also, can I add banners in phpmotion? Thanks a lot for you quick response!
Simi PS. Seriously, do you offer HD encoding? That will be great! |

Yeah you can modify PHP motion. I dont think they have support for forums and photos yet though, you'd have to check their site on that. V2 is about to be released.
I know V2 supports banner placement. If you look at their V2 demo, you will see some banners that may look familiar beta.net** We have mencoder installed so I am not sure why there would be any issues with HD encoding. If there is, let us know and we will update our codecs to support whatever you need.

I just did sign up with your shared service for now – latter, when the site grows, I will move to a semi-dedicated server, and next to a dedicated one. Until then, I am looking forward to that HD video encoding. Thank you, Matt!
