Advanced 5 Star Package Question

Hi I have purchased an Advanced 5 Star package for 12 months from you recently. In the specification for this package it states that there is a free VBulletin Licence and set-up. I am a bit of a newbie, but I got my site up and running though i'm still working on it Drop Menu Website Template
I cannot find any link etc that offers me the oppertunity of taking advantage of this Vbulletin offer. I would like to have a VBulletin forum set-up for me. I can edit the forum headers etc and link it to my site but I first need to have it. Can this be arranged please?
