Wish I could speed the quota check thing up but when a machine stops unexpectedly (improper shutdown) Linux usually runs fsck and then Virtuozzo does its thing which takes just as long as the fsck does. Unfortunately it is a software thing that VPS have to deal with during unclean shutdowns.
The good news is we have only about 7-8 VE's running their quota checks and I am guessing they will be available very soon.
All any of us can do at this point is what I am doing now which is watching this page refresh....
