This issue seems to be more widespread than originally anticipated. We have a few reports from those "down under" that are having slow or no connection to the servers. These guys are just waking up so it explains why we are starting to get reports from this hemisphere.
The latest response from our NOC is that they have tickets into Level3 communications but still are waiting on a response. If the delays continue it is likely they will pull the plug on Level3 service and route you guys in on other carriers, which may be slower than usual, but certainly better than what is going on now. We will update you with any results.

L3 is aware of the issue and are working on it. In the meantime the datacenter is working on getting some alternative outbound routing in place.
Let us know if you see any problems today.
