Ginger - Scheduled Maintanence - October 19th

The Ginger server has been experiencing some reliability issues in recent weeks and the problems have not been able to be corrected online. What this means is we will have to pull this server offline for a short while and put it on the bench and run more intensive diagnostics to try to determine where the problem is.

We anticipate about an hour of downtime where your site's will not be available.

We have scheduled this for off-peak hours and the window for which the server will be first be pulled offline is between Sunday October, 19th from the hours of 10 PM EST to Monday, October 20th @ 2 AM EST.

Again we anticipate about an hour of downtime during this window and we will make sure that the server is returned to service just as soon as we have identified the problem and have it back on the racks.
