There are no updates yet, none good anyways. We have tried to completely re-install the mailserver from scratch, we have removed the antivirus and tried another reinstall. We have copied config files from other working mail servers, but exim is still complaining of a bad configuration file.
We are about out of ideas here in a few the entire machine will likely be rebooted to see if it cures the issue and if that fails all we can do is wait for a cPanel dev to check it out.

It appears they are re-arranging some of the libraries on this machine so some services may be on and off for a little bit. We apologize for the inconvenience.

I have some customers that they use the email as contract in their business, and they ask me for the emails if they are going to recieve the today's email?
Matt, this is very import to save the emails, because some of my customers are very upset and they don't understand the technical problems, they ask me to be this solve as soon as possible and how am I going to prevent this for the future. |
