It's nothing fancy - just have the colors matching...

How do you handle that?

 I can't remember the option but I think the best one is where it says something about if you use this option we will support the clients, and if you use any other option, then the support would be handled by your company. It is the most hands-free solution especially if they are willing to run the domain support for you.

Do you leave the default dns to them? How do you deal with the hosting competition?

Yes I belive the default DNS is set to them. We left the hosting competition on actually.
Reason being maybe someone does not like the way we market or price our hosting. Perhaps they like the hosting at InstaPro better. (They offer wndows for example) Wherever they shop, in both cases we win and have two shots at making the sale, so we personally have no issues leaving the hosting products up.

That's the same way I felt - I basically wanted a solution to make a little on the domains I am always registering for new web design clients. I figured I was doing it anyway - mine as well have it through a reseller account but didn't care for the prices at goDaddy.
Do you sell many domains without hosting?

We sell more domains by a long shot at InstaPro as compared to the number of domains that we sell here at GlowHost.
GlowHost is the opposite though, for hosting. We sell lots of hosting and very few domains, and it is by design. Domains offer so little margin that we prefer to direct our clients to InstaPro where they handle the support and billing for the domains and we can focus on the hosting here.
