I reluctantly had to change hosting providers recently and have done lots of research and even tried out a few before recently purchasing a reseller account and moving quite a few accounts to GlowHost.com. One account included a previously installed SSL Certificate and Dedicated IP.

I am VERY impressed with the support personnel during this transition, the ease of the transfer, and the SPEED in which everything resolved!

Also VERY impressed with the pageload time for customer accounts and mine.

Overall - this was a pain-free and satisfying experience! Professionalism at it's best and support response SUPERB!
