Customer service is not dead! I have received excellent service and uptime from the staff / servers of GlowHost. The response time for support tickets is extremely quick, although I must say that I've not had to submit very many. The communication regarding server upgrades is great and they seem to be much more security conscious than some other companies that I have hosted with. These guys are great to work with ... and you can even get them on the phone for possible emergencies. Their prices are not the lowest out there, but you definitely get what you pay for. That being said, their prices are still very competitive. So far (about 3 months) I have had no downtime and nothing but good things to say about Matt and his crew. Highly recommended!

I've used (and worked for) several other web hosting companies in the past. Now that I have found GlowHost, I will never go to any one else for hosting. GlowHost is completely reliable, the connection is very fast and their control panel with Fantastico is the best in the industry.

GlowHost is run the way more businesses should be run, with attention to the details! I've gotten no credit for it, but I have recomended GlowHost to friends. The value is excellent, especially taking into consideration the ease of use. No third-party ftp programs required, which is a happy change from other services I've used. To be fair, I do have one complaint. From their "cpanel" control panel page, when accessing the "manage my files" option, the resulting page automatically maximizes to the screen. Or in my case and many others'... screens. I use a multi-monitor setup and it is annoying. If that could be modified, I would be happier. But really, that's the only negative thing I can think of. Good service!

The tech support, especially Matt are fantastic. They are very patient and helpful, especially for a newbie like myself. I walked in with no knowledge of webhosting, let alone shared hosting. Matt was wonderful, walked me through everything and when I had problems, I always got a response within 24 hours. He was also great on phone support and didn't mind answering questions and helping. Glowhost is a great service and I have recommended several individuals to it. The CPanel is among the easiest I have used and makes setting up sites and webs really easy. I also enjoy the more personalized support and guarantees that Glowhost offers. The newsletters are friendly, informative and remind me that theres real people on the other side, just not automated servers. Great work guys

Cpanel is the hosting control panel we use and currently is one of the most expensive, if not the most expensive available today. Its industry-leading features make site development a snap. I will agree there are many options in there, but once you get to know what everything does or can do for your site, I think it will most certainly be your control panel of choice. We have newly added flash tutorials to the site as well as Layman's documentation to assist in figuring out what otherwisre may seem ambiguous to a new cPanel user. Glowhost is the best service I have had. I have tried several and always ended up disappointed. Tech services have always answered my questions in a very timely manner, and have been very helpful in any request that I have made be it small or large. Billing has been far superior to any site that I have had. No complaints. Site control panel is easy to use. Very informative help is available. No downtime. Except for tech work, which is always announced via email in a timely fashion. Usually no longer than 10 to 30 mins. Love this host and would recommend to beginners and advanced users. Susan

My only concern is with the fact that each account has two username/passwords--one for the billing and one for the account access. However, all my interaction and requests have been handled quickly and professionally. I have really liked the service I've received. Well worth the money.

We have been very pleased with Glowhost and I would recommend using them to anyone. The control panel they provide us had plenty of features when we first signed up and now it has almost twice the functionality. The control panel and domain control panel (we are a reseller) are extreamly easy to use and are more configurable then we've ever needed.

I'm very skeptical of hosts. I guess because I've run across more than my share that: 1. Didn't supply support 2. Never answered emails. 3. Didn't have a phone number. 4. Raised prices after a few months of hosting. 5. Slow to respond to technical issues if at all. 6. Or sold the company to some shmuck who didn't supply any support and / or raised prices substantially. I've been with Glowhost for over a year now and I have not found any of the above to apply to them. In fact there the exact opposite. I think everyone wants to find that one hosting company they can count on time after time. I've found it in Glowhost.......just keep it up and don't sell your companies! You host two sites for me. horsesquarter.com and puchallafamily.com. We had a initial billing problem when setting up horses quarter which was taken care of very rapidly. I've had a couple of minor issues but your people have been able to help me thru them. I have to admit that I don't utilize the maintance page as much as I would like but will be becomming more familuar with it in the the future. I have been very pleased with glowhost and have recomended you to a number of others. GlowHost has been the best Host I have been with. I have moved my clients web site to GlowHost as a result of there great support and services. My control panel has many "Standard Features" that other hosts charge extra for, or don't offer at all! I really like being able to choose how, I view my site stats and the info provided there in, such as seeing what & when robots have hit my robots txt file and how many Kbs they used in spidering site, search strings used to find my site( great way to check up on how my priority submissions are working). As a small-town / small-business web site designer, I had hosted my business web site for several years with Verio, and I was initially pleased with their service and reliability. Over time, however, while their level of reliability remained high, their level of service deteriorated drastically. Consequently, I ceased to recommend Verio to my clients. I discovered GlowHost while researching hosts for a new client, and was impressed by customer comments I read. Certain other negative experiences had already soured me on our local hosting companies, so I thought I'd see what GlowHost had to offer. I was able to quickly establish communications with GlowHost and have all of my questions answered promptly, professionally, and courteously, encouraging me to eventually host two clients with GlowHost -- to everyone's great satisfaction. I have since closed down my business for health reasons (incurring many difficulties with Verio in the process), but, based on the positive experiences I had already had with GlowHost, I decided without hesitation to host my personal web site with them. I have had no reason to regret the decision, and every reason to be pleased with it.

Glowhost is an exceptional company and I cannot imagine using anyone else. I opened an account with them a bit over a year ago after going through many other hosting services. In the time that I have been with Glowhost I have gone from just that single account to hosting several domains with them and eventually getting a reseller account as well as a dedicated server for one of my sites.

From start to finish GlowHost.com has been great !!! Site was set-up and running before made I made payment. I had a couple of questions about set-up and received response for a PERSON with in 1 hour!!!!!! I have asked a couple of other questions and response time was the same or Faster. I am so impressed with their service I am moving my clients web sites to Glow Host as well. Glow Host blows away my old host in service, features and support. For $2.00 a month more than old host's price I have more bandwidth, storage and additional control panel features such as chat,forum, perl, cgi, park a second domain, sub-domains to name just a few.... regards Eugene F. These guys ROCK! About a year ago, (11/22/2002 ), I was ready to throw glowhost to the lions. They had a serious OS/server crash, and, asked me to stick with them. I'm 110% glad that I did!!!! Not only did they fix the server problem, they came out of the crisis faster, more feature rich and more responsive than before. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ANY INTERNET RELATED COMPANY THAN I HAVE FROM GLOWHOST!!!! The service is fast, personalized and patient. Matt (the owner of Glowhost) is incredibly focused on customer satisfaction, and, has no problem goin the extra mile - even when you haven't asked him to! Whatever your hosting needs may be, Glowhost should be your first - and only - choice!

I think you were with us a day or so when our upstream datacenter decided that they would go ahead and not resolve your new server. Well that was the last day we were with them and as you can see, it was a wise choice. We never looked back! We moved to premium bandwitdth and connectivity on many major Internet backbones and as you can see here on findmyhosting.com, our uptime speaks for itself. I wouldn't use anyone else but Glowhost. Sure there are other offers out there, but for the price and the service I get, no one can beat Glowhost, hands down. The support is great. There is always someone there to help either through e-mail, or with the chat module on the Glowhost main page. These guys have their ducks in a row. I've only had one time when my site wasn't available, but heck, that was due to them losing a server or HD or something, things happen. They got it fixed, better than before, and even updated their end to make things faster. Even when I get a letter from them saying this is going to happen at a certain time, they seem to do it when it effects no one. I'm subscribed to a service that monitors my site. I used to design webpages for a living, so I have delt with many hosting services! Let me just say, Glowhost has been great! I will no longer buy from anyone else. Alot of webhosting services will offer a low price, but forget to mention that you will run out of bandwidth in a few weeks and be thrown a huge charge on your credit card that they had promised they would "protect." Don't be fooled! Go with a respectable company! Matt (the owner and charming gentleman) makes Glowhost a personal experience and is always there when you need help! You will love the super low prices with NO CATCH! Rock on with Glowhost!

The one incident of downtime that occured, was due to a system crash. Glowhost returned my calls personally as they have done with some other technical support problems. I've never had such personal service from a provider before: I've had an email account since 1988.
